Yes, we require a $250 security deposit for incidental damages made during your event. Clients do not need to pay. There will temporary authorization for the venue to retroactively charge the client using the account used for payment. Any damages will be documented and the client will be made aware of any charges prior to the charges being made.

A: Yes, we do require a licensed bar service for any event serving alcohol to ensure everything is handled safely and complies with all legal regulations.
Additionally, a security guard is required anytime alcohol is served. This is already included with our Premium Venue Package. If you’ve selected a different package, just reach out and we’ll share the details on how to add security.
All bar vendors must have a valid business license for the Town of Moncks Corner and provide a certificate of insurance (COI).

A: Yes, there are several hotels and bed-and-breakfast options nearby to ensure comfort and convenience for your out-of-town guests. We have great partners and are more than happy to help accommodate over night stays and transportation needs for our clients!
