Our historic two-story house, nestled beneath a lush oak canopy, exudes Southern charm, providing the perfect backdrop for your unforgettable day. The venue also features an air-conditioned pavilion and a beautifully landscaped ceremony garden, offering versatile spaces for your celebration.

In addition to 108 W Main, we are proud owners of Complete Weddings + Events, a comprehensive event service company. This partnership allows us to offer a wide range of services, including photography, videography, DJ entertainment, coordination, and more — all designed to create a seamless experience for your special day.

While we provide these in-house services, we wholeheartedly welcome and encourage you to bring in any external vendors of your choice. Our goal is to make your event uniquely yours, collaborating with the professionals who best align with your vision.

The Owners

Meet Sasha

Sasha is a wedding photographer with over 15 years of experience. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she made Charleston her home in 2007 and has spent her career helping couples capture meaningful, authentic moments on their wedding day.

Meet Bryce

Bryce grew up in Union, South Carolina and moved to Charleston in 2002 to play football at Charleston Southern University. After serving as a police officer, he transitioned into videography and event production, combining technical skill with a passion for storytelling.

Mr. & Mrs. Gregory — The Owners

Together for over six years, Sasha and Bryce were married at this very property — formerly known as The Arch — in 2022. In August 2024, they purchased the venue and reintroduced it as 108 W Main. Today, they are proud to offer couples and the community a welcoming, professionally operated space to celebrate life’s most important moments.

The Spann Legacy

Built in the 1940s, the home carries a rich history with the Spann family. Jack Spann, a civil engineer, and his wife Grace, a piano instructor and French teacher, raised their three children here.

Their son Donald was born in 1943 at the hospital across the street and later purchased the home himself, continuing the family’s connection to the property.

Long before becoming a wedding venue, the front lawn hosted a wedding reception of its own. On June 30, 1960, their daughter Linden celebrated her marriage here — becoming the very first bride at 108 W Main in Moncks Corner SC.

  • I got married here in early October!! It was the best day of my life. This venue was everything I needed it to be- cozy, dreamy, and right here in Charleston!! Our guests all were in love with it. It ended up raining and we were still able to make it work outside. Sasha helped me plan my day in an organized way, as well as helped me find my day of coordinator and bartender (highly recommend Alyssa Wolk & Sana Green!!!) 💚 Not to mention the price was by far the most affordable I found in the Charleston area!!!
