Tables, Chiavari chairs, and the ceremony gardens come with every package. From there, choose how much of the day you’d like us to carry.
Signature Venue
For corporate events, showers, birthdays, proms, and celebrations that don’t need the full wedding day.

All-Inclusive Wedding
The full 108 W Main experience — most of your vendors booked in one simple contract.

How do we get current pricing?
Send a quick pricing request with your date and guest count and we’ll reply the same day with current rates for each package.
Is there a security damage deposit?
No, there is no security damage deposit, but there is a hold placed on the account in case of damage during the event. Nothing is charged up front: we hold a temporary authorization, document any damage, and always talk with you before any charge is made.
Can we book a Saturday with the Signature package?
Signature Venue is offered Sunday–Friday, and on Saturdays that are still open within three months of the date.
Can we add extra hours?
Yes. Additional hours are available at $295 per hour, subject to availability.
